Directions to the Drop Zone

head south on the N1, towards Bloemfontein

20km from Beyers Naude, follow the N12 to Kimberley and

Potchefstroom

pass over one set of traffic lights

pass over a large 4-way stop intersection (the cross road is the R28)

60km from Beyers Naude, just after the Libanon Mine turn off, take the

Carletonville turn-off (R501) to the right (turn off the N12)

Continue for approximately 20km to the 4-way stop intersection. There

is a fountain on the left, and the Carletonville Town emblem on the

About 1km further on, proceed straight over another 4-way stop

intersection (the cross road is the R500)

Take the next turn to the right, into Dolomite Street

Take the first left, after about 300m, into Coronation Street

After about 2,3km, there will be another 4-way stop intersection.

Proceed straight over this intersection.

Follow the left fork as the road splits, into Grundling Street

Proceed for about 1km to the stop street.

There will be an open field in front of you.

Turn left into Rautenbach Street

As this street turns 90 degrees to the left, take the dirt road to the right.

There is a big sign!

After about 1,2km on the dirt road, you will see the hangars and the

club's buildings off to the left.

You will now see people having loads and loads of fun. You are at

Johannesburg Skydiving Club. Welcome!!!
